How can I close my Grant account?

If you would like to close your Grant account, please follow the steps below:

1. In the app, select the "Account" tab
2. Select "Manage Plan"
3. Select "Close my account"

This will close your Grant account until you choose to reactivate it. You can reactivate your account by logging back into your account on the Grant app.

Please note, we currently limit the number of times you can close your account or downgrade a Grant Plus subscription to 4 times a year. Because of this, we recommend simply canceling any active subscription and keeping your account open instead, if you think you may want to continue using Grant in the future.
