If you would like to downgrade your Grant account to a Basic free plan, please follow the steps below:
- In the app, select the "Account" tab
- Select "Manage Plan"
- Select "Switch to this plan" on the Basic plan option
If you want to upgrade to Grant Plus again, you can do so in the same tab. After downgrading your account, our systems may still attempt to collect your subscription fee for the current month, but will not charge for any future months.
