Please note, AdGem advises that rewards for completed Offers may take up to 72 hours to appear in your account. Because of that, they require waiting 72 hours after starting an Offer to submit a support request.
If you would like to submit a ticket to AdGem, please reach out to AdGem support. You can do so easily within the Grant app by following these steps:
- In the "Earn Cash" tab, tap into any Offer
- Tap the "Help" button, located on the top-right corner of the Offer page
- You'll be redirected to a new page with a button to "Contact support"
- Pressing "Contact support" will then walk you through the steps to submit a support request
