Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis and are due on the same day of every month, based on when you started your subscription.
If you’re opening your account for the first time, we don’t charge your first subscription fee until after you accept your first advance. After that, we will debit your subscription on the day it’s due. If we aren’t able to debit your subscription fee, we will try again when we detect a sufficient balance in your linked account. Returning Grant Plus customers are charged immediately when they resubscribe.
