How do I cancel my subscription or close my account?

We are sorry to hear that our products didn’t fit your needs.

To downgrade your Grant subscription, please complete the following:

1. Go to the Account tab in your app and tap on "Manage plan"
2. Under your Grant Plus membership, click "Cancel my plan"

If you would like to close your Grant account entirely, please follow the steps below:

1. Click the Account Tab
2. Select Close my account

Please note, if you need to access your Grant account after closing it through the app, you will need to contact support to reactivate the account.
